  • Not at all! We keep our prices transparent and affordable. Many clients find that our stress-free, in-home care is well worth it.

  • Absolutely. If you are scheduling more than two pets, please contact us and we’ll plan accordingly.

  • Yes! Many anxious pets actually do better in the comfort of their own home. As a mobile concierge clinic, we provide a low-stress environment with minimal distractions, and our approach is designed with nervous pets in mind.

We will always do all that we can to provide services. With that in mind, safety for your pet, for you, and for our team is our top priority. If your pet shows signs that they cannot be safely examined or vaccinated, we may:

    - Pause and attempt desensitization.

    - Reschedule with a plan that includes pre-visit calming medications.

    - Refer to a behaviorist or a full-service clinic where sedation can be safely provided if needed.

  • We only vaccinate pets that appear clinically healthy at the time of the appointment. Vaccinating a sick pet can place extra stress on their immune system and may reduce the effectiveness of the vaccine or even cause complications.

If your pet is showing signs of illness (vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, lethargy, loss of appetite, etc.), we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment and seek care from a full-service veterinary hospital.
